1. Timeframe
You are eligible to request an Exchange or Return within 7 days from the date of receiving your order.
2. Conditions
- Item must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, no scent).
- Tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase (Order Number) required.
3. Shipping Costs
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged product or wrong item, Luxurious covers all shipping and replacement costs.
Customer Preference
For change of mind or size errors from customer side, the customer is responsible for all shipping fees.
4. Refund Process
• Refunds are processed using the original payment method.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds are issued via Bank Transfer.
• Inspection and processing takes 3 to 7 business days upon receiving the return.
